We manufacture fully automated Energy Food and Instant Mix Plant for producing instant mixes based on core ingredients such as Wheat, Rice, Gram, Soya, Maize etc. These recipes contain high nutrition and great taste. These projects are being operated 24x7 with capacity closeto even 400 Tons per day. We have, hitherto, setup number of projects across India with most of them in capacities exceeding 200 Tons per day. Smaller project capacities of as low as 1 Ton per day is also available.
These projects constitute our unique Roasting and Mixing technology including a Continuous cooling system for Roasted Products. Homogenous roasting and high efficiency blending are two major USP of our units. Roasters are heated using Thermic Fluid which in turn is heated using Primary Fuels like Coal, Wood, LPG, Diesel etc. or Secondary heating source like Electricity.

Cooling is done using a re-circulating type Water Cooling System combined with Air Cooling. Water is cooled again using an external cooling tower of required capacity.

Additives mixing of ingredients like Edible Oil, Sugar, Vitamins & Minerals, Flavoring Agents etc. is done in high efficiency Vertical Mixers. Weigh-metric or Volumetric both types of controls are possible for blending the additives.
